On Tuesday 23^rd August a team of 12 boys from HBJFC were guests of honour at Harrogate Town’s Blue Square Conference North game against Droylesden. The boys, cheered on by family and friends, walked onto the pitch with the players and were presented to the crowd, match officials and players. Here’s a link to the pictures of the evening:

The HBJFC team included Antony Caven, Daniel Flockhart, Henry Stott, Callum Halliday, Callum McLachlan, Lucas Aspinall, Sebastian Henry, Finlay Garnham, Harry Milburn, Elliot Brown, Jonathan Worsnop and Will Hubbert. At half time the team did some pre-season training drills and the boys football skills were appreciated by the crowd. After the game, an exciting 0 – 0 (!), the boys were allowed back onto the fantastic playing surface for a practice game.

Well done boys and thanks to Gary Plant for arranging with HTFC and to all the parents/carers for taking the time to support this special event.
